FlushLab is a golf launch monitor analysis tool that allows users to enter, import, and analyze golf shot data. The App provides physics-based ball flight analysis, club fitting recommendations, tour benchmark comparisons, and AI-powered photo scanning of launch monitor displays. FlushLab is an analytical tool and does not guarantee improvement in golf performance.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
To access certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
FlushLab offers a free tier with limited access to features as described in the App.
The Pro subscription unlocks additional features including advanced analysis tools, AI photo scanning, and the full club fitting suite. Pro subscriptions are available as monthly or annual purchases.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.
Subscription pricing is displayed in the App and your app store at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
FlushLab offers a free 14-day trial of Pro features. The trial is activated by the user from within the App and does not require payment information. When the trial period ends, access reverts to the Free tier automatically. No charges are incurred during or after the trial unless you choose to subscribe. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per user.

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, algorithms, physics models, and software — are owned by FlushLab LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the golf performance data you enter into the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
The AI Photo Scan feature uses artificial intelligence to extract data from photographs of launch monitor displays. Results are provided on a best-effort basis and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any data extracted through this feature. FlushLab does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated extractions.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Golf performance analysis provided by the App is based on physics models and statistical data and should not be treated as professional instruction.

FlushLab does not claim ownership of these statistical facts and does not represent that this data has been provided, verified, or endorsed by any professional golf organization or launch monitor manufacturer.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUSHLAB LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlushLab LLC and its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@flushlabgolf.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Will County, Illinois.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FlushLab LLC regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
