When you create a FlushLab account, we collect your email address and a password. We use Supabase for authentication and data storage.
The App collects golf launch monitor data that you manually enter or import, including but not limited to club speed, ball speed, launch angle, spin rate, carry distance, and related shot metrics. This data is stored locally on your device and, if you have an account, synced to our cloud database to enable access across sessions.
If you use the AI Photo Scan feature (Pro subscription), images you upload are transmitted to our backend server and processed using the Anthropic API to extract launch monitor readings. We do not store uploaded images after processing is complete. Only the extracted numerical data is retained as part of your shot history.
We may collect anonymized usage data such as feature usage frequency, session duration, and app performance metrics. This data helps us improve the App and does not personally identify you. If we introduce third-party analytics tools in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
We may collect general device information such as device type, operating system version, and app version for troubleshooting and compatibility purposes.

We use third-party services to operate the App. These providers have access to your information only to perform services on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for other purposes.

If FlushLab is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your golf performance data is stored locally on your device and in our cloud database hosted by Supabase. We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
We retain your account and golf performance data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data from our servers within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
You can view and export your golf data at any time through the App.
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at support@flushlabgolf.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
You may opt out of non-essential communications by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send or by contacting us directly.
FlushLab is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy within the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
